Scope

The Special Session intends to address current and future research and application topics through experts in the field and may include, other than the paper presentation, discussions, and interactions among participants.

If you intend to propose and organize a special session, please submit a proposal by sending an email to wpmc2025@tu-sofia.bg.

Proposal Submission Guidelines:

Panel proposals should be submitted via email to wpmc2025@tu-sofia.bg.
The email title should follow this format for clarity: Special Session Proposal – [Topic] – [Author Name], [Organization]
The proposal should contain the following contents:

• Title of the Special Session
• A brief description of the area of concern (maximum of 250 words), with special focus on why this is an interesting and significant topic.
• The name and contact information of two or more Special Sessions chairs, who are willing to promote and organize a sufficient amount of quality submissions to the Special Sessions. Please provide a short biography of the organizers.
