Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit their original contributions in the form of technical papers, poster papers, or demonstration proposals. All submissions must be written in English and must not exceed the specified page limit.

• Technical papers: maximum 6 pages, including figures and references.
• Demonstration/poster proposals: maximum 2 pages, including figures and references.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by three independent reviewers.
Accepted papers will be published in the symposium proceedings and will be eligible for presentation at the symposium.

  • Extended Deadline: 27 August 2025
  • Final Deadline: 14 September 2025
• Paper Acceptance Notification:
  • Initial Date: 15 September 2025
  • Final Date: 23 September 2025
• Camera-Ready Submission: 30 September 2025

Note: All accepted and presented papers at the conference will appear in IEEE explore and major databases (Scopus, WoS, etc.).
Extended versions of selected papers will be invited to be published in Springer’s journal “Wireless Personal Communications” or “River’s Journal of Mobile Multimedia”.
